These terms govern your access to and use of Appmosphere's applications, services, website, Trade Hub, messaging features, and creator platforms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Appmosphere ('the Platform', 'we', 'us', or 'our'), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the Platform.
2. Eligibility & Account Registration
You must be at least 13 years old to use Appmosphere. To access certain features, including Trade Hub and Creator Monetization, you must be of legal majority in your jurisdiction (usually 18+). You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and to keep your credentials confidential.
3. User Conduct and Content Standards
You are solely responsible for all content (text, images, video, audio) you publish or transmit. You may not publish unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, fraudulent, or infringing material. Appmosphere reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our community standards.
4. Trade Hub & Commercial Transactions
Merchants and buyers transacting on the Trade Hub are bound by applicable commercial laws. Appmosphere provides the marketplace platform and digital escrow/payment tools. Merchants are solely responsible for product delivery, quality, and accurate description.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
You retain ownership of the original content you post on Appmosphere. By submitting content, you grant Appmosphere a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content in connection with providing the service.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Appmosphere shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform.
