1. Data Architecture & Storage

Appmosphere utilizes distributed, high-security cloud environments. All stored data is encrypted at rest using industry-grade AES-256 encryption and encrypted in transit via TLS 1.3.

2. Data Retention & Erasure

We retain user information only for as long as necessary to provide services and comply with financial, tax, or anti-money laundering (AML) laws. When an account is closed, personal identifiable information is securely purged or anonymized within 90 days.

3. Cross-Border Data Transfers

To provide reliable low-latency streaming and messaging across Nigeria, Ghana, and global nodes, data may be processed on secure servers located in multiple international jurisdictions, adhering to equivalent or higher data privacy regulations.
